Always bear in mind that your own resolution to succeed is more important than any other.
~Abraham Lincoln
What an amazing man Abraham was and a man that truly lived by his words. His goal at ending slavery and creating equality was a long battle he didn't get to finish but how determined of a man to resolve to succeed at doing such that?
Thank you Abraham Lincoln for being a Hero.

Avoid diets and make real change
Ninety five percent of people who diet regain the weight when they stop. It's not only discouraging, but bad for your health. Instead of starting a diet that requires you to alter what, how much and how you eat all at once, make small (but permanent) changes everyday.
Ask yourself each morning, "What is one thing I can do today to be healthier?" and then do it. Some goals will stick and others won't, but you'll see progress.

A Tip For Healthy Living...
Keep a Positive Mental Outlook
There's a definitive connection between living well and healthfully and having a cheerful outlook on life.
Thought for the day: You can't be unhappy when you're smiling or singing.

Quote of the Day
Most people's lives are run by desire and fear.~Eckhart Tolle
Desire is the need to add something to yourself in order to be yourself more fully. All fear is the fear of losing something and thereby becoming diminished and being less.
These two movements obscure the fact that BEING cannot be given or taken away. Being in its fullness is already within you, Now.

Beautiful Sundays...
What is it about Sundays that are so beautiful? Spending time with friends and family? Sometimes, it's just relaxing, getting organized, cleaning the house...or frozen yogurt that is oh so good.
sometimes, it's driving to San Ramon to teach a class just to discover you really aren't!
Either way, Sundays are beautiful and I am incredibly thankful for them.

Jennifer Taylor on Natural Health Magazine!
Jennifer Taylor from the show Two and a Half Men is on the cover of the October issue of Natural Health. Excerpt “My husband and I started the Tony Horton P90X exercise program a few weeks ago; it comes with 12 workout DVDs, which I like because I prefer exercising at home. Now I’m strong enough to do a pull-up – the first time I did one I was so excited that I called my kids and husband into the room!”
